We were honored to partner with InnSure for the 2024 Climate Week Forum in New York City, two days that brought together leaders from insurance, climate science, finance, and public policy to focus on building climate resilience through innovative insurance solutions.
From our side, it was important to create more than just an event. We wanted to craft an experience where meaningful conversations could happen naturally, connections could form easily, and everyone could feel welcome and engaged.
Creating a Space to Connect
Right from the start, we focused on making sure the event ran smoothly; from check-in to the final session. We designed the layout and flow to encourage attendees from different sectors to mix and collaborate without feeling rushed or disconnected.
It was inspiring to see professionals, from underwriters to entrepreneurs to policymakers, coming together in an environment that was both professional and approachable.
Supporting Meaningful Dialogue
In an era defined by intensifying climate risks, the 2024 InnSure Climate Week Forum showcased the insurance industry not only as a responder to crisis, but as a builder of equitable, scalable solutions. With a theme of "Insuring the Future," the forum spotlighted the urgent need to embed equity, accelerate innovation, and take bold action.
From startup founders to institutional reinsurers, every voice contributed to a shared vision: an insurance sector that anticipates risk, centers justice, and helps chart a path toward a climate-resilient future.
This dialogue was enriched by the presence and partnership of organizations committed to leading the charge. Industry leaders and change-makers from RIC, NOAA, AXA, MARSH, and many others actively sponsored or participated in the event, lending their insights, resources, and leadership to these critical conversations. Their involvement helped deepen the discussions and brought a real-world perspective to the challenges, and solutions at hand.
Attention to Detail Makes a Difference
Behind the scenes, our team worked hard to ensure every detail aligned with InnSure’s vision. From speaker transitions to event branding, everything was designed to create a cohesive and purposeful atmosphere.
We believe that how people feel at an event is just as important as what they hear. Seeing attendees leave energized and ready to take action was the best reward.
