About the Role Our Event Coordinator plays a key role in bringing each event to life. You'll work closely with our lead planner to manage the logistics, communicate with vendors, and ensure every detail is accounted for well before the big day. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from initial concept through execution
Communicate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to confirm bookings and logistics
Build and maintain detailed event timelines, run-of-show documents, and checklists
Attend site walkthroughs and planning meetings with clients
Manage rental orders, inventory tracking, and supply coordination
Support lead planner in preparing proposals and client presentations
Be present at events as needed to assist with setup, coordination, and breakdown
