Bailey Reed Events specializes in mission-driven corporate and nonprofit events. We plan and execute everything from conferences and retreats to galas, auctions, and fundraisers. If your goal is to inspire connection, generosity, or impact, I’m your planner.

My fees are percentage-based so that they match the scope of your event. This way we never have to re-negotiate our contract mid-project because an aspect of the event was added or removed.

While I’m based in the D.C. area, I plan and produce events nationwide (and even abroad). I’m happy to travel wherever your mission takes you.

I recommend reaching out as soon as you can, especially for large-scale conferences or galas. But if you’re working on a tighter timeline, let’s talk about it! I’ll always do my best to make it work.
